The business headquarters, Manufacturing and warehousing facilities are based in Sydney, although we service  any part of the country. 


We service  Councils, Community Events, Shopping Center's, Commercial Property management and small business across Australia.


 No, There is no Minimum spend for orders. 


 Due to the large range of our product sizes; from trees over 5m tall, to baubles that are 50mm small as well as delivery Australia Wide, We need to calculate the specific delivery costs for each order we receive, especially if multiple “bulky” items are ordered. 

As a result, you will need to contact via phone or email to confirm the delivery costs.


We deliver Australia Wide.  To be able to quote the freight we would need to know the proposed order, delivery address and any special delivery instructions.


Yes, we offer prototyping services to help bring your ideas to life. 


Our design team can work with you to create a prototype that meets your specifications.


YES! 

We have a range of items available for hire. Please contact us to discuss your options, including the length of time to be hired and the location and delivery requirements.


Installation and dismantle depends on many factors, and each site is unique. 


We price our installations and dismantles based upon the estimated total staff hours involved in the whole project, including time spent on project management, compliance etc.


Christmas installation and dismantlement is a highly professional service involving detailed product knowledge, management of numerous risks, specific trade and electrical skills and creativity. 


Yes! – If you have a storage room full of old or unwanted decorations, Give us a call  to arrange an inspection of the decorations.
